Refund policy

Every deck is a digital file you download the moment you check out — and keep forever. Because delivery is instant and the files are yours for good, we aren't able to offer refunds once an order is placed. All sales are final.

 

We know that's a real ask, so we've tried to make it easy to be sure before you buy: the quiz shows you your stage for free, the flip-cards on our site let you read real questions from the deck, and the free five-card Sampler lets you actually play a night before spending anything.

 

If something goes wrong on our end, we will always make it right — a download link that never arrived, a file that won't open, a duplicate charge, or an accidental double purchase of the same edition. Email support@kitchentabledate.com and we'll sort it out quickly.

 

And if the deck just wasn't for you two, tell us anyway. We read every email, and we'd rather hear it and improve than leave you frustrated.
