Terms of service

The product. Kitchen Table Date sells digital, printable card decks and related PDF files. Nothing physical ships. After checkout you receive download links by email, immediately.

 

Personal license. Your purchase gives the two of you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the files at home as many times as you like. It does not permit reselling, redistributing, uploading, or sharing the files publicly, or using them commercially (including in coaching, workshops, or classes) without written permission.

 

Not therapy. The deck is a conversation game. It is not therapy, counseling, or professional advice of any kind, and it isn't a substitute for them. If something bigger is going on in your relationship, please talk to a qualified professional.

 

Payments and pricing. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments at checkout. We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

 

Refunds. Because everything we sell is delivered instantly as digital files you keep, all sales are final — see our Refund Policy for the full picture, including the things we'll always fix (delivery problems, duplicate charges, accidental double purchases).

 

Intellectual property. All card text, product design, images, and site content are our property and protected by copyright. The license above is the only right granted.

 

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no attempting to access other customers' data, no interfering with the store's operation.

 

Liability. The products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

 

Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
